Roots have been established in the multi-family sector but Stith and Company has quickly grown to all sectors of Developmental Planning and Design. David established Stith and Company in 1997. Since that time David has grown Stith and Company from a two man operation into a fully staffed firm offering land planning, landscape architecture, construction observation, graphic design and civil engineering. David received his Landscape Architecture degree from the School of Environmental Design at UGA. After graduation he joined Post Properties in designing and building their award winning properties. David’s innate business sense and deep interest in land development has successfully led Stith and Company Inc. to be a leading player in the Southeast, handling over 3000 units of multi-family, several thousand single family, and many commercial projects annually. David has founded several other related businesses including Stith Co. Fence, Stith Construction, and Grace Walk Development. |

Jim joined Stith and Company in 2004. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a degree in Landscape Architecture and is a member of The American Society of Landscape Architects. Jim is licensed to practice Landscape Architecture in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina. Jim’s previous employment with a civil engineering firm and his experience in property development brings valuable technical expertise and an eye for detail. |

Tyler Ahrens joined the Stith & Company team in 2007. As director, Tyler oversees daily operations, design and administration for the Landscape Architecture Division. Tyler's experience in land planning and site development at Falling Water Inc. is complimented by his graphic skills and ability to generate ideas. With a background in graphic design Tyler has produced advertising quality presentations for many projects. In addition to residential development experience, Tyler also has multiple years in the design-build field where he gained a working knowledge of materials, plants and installation practices. Tyler has worked on a multitude of projects ranging from small garden style apartments, to 1000 unit mixed-use neighborhoods, to high-end golf course communities.
